The City of Rotterdam is the second large city in the Netherlands. A city of 620.000 inhabitants, a city with an open window to the world. Rotterdam is blessed with an enormous world port on its territory, the gateway to Europe. Here goods from all over the world are transferred to the whole of North-West Europe. The city is constantly renewing itself, because there are five to six thousand newcomers annually.
